Snyder Corporations, a leading real estate developer in McLean County, is a family owned and operated business. Snyder Corporations specializes in convenience and customer service, and develops, owns, manages, markets, insures and finances real estate. Snyder Corporations' holdings include five shopping centers, four hotels, four apartment complexes, insurance brokerage, real estate brokerage, and the development of 21 subdivisions in central Illinois and Florida.

Recently, Snyder completed phase one of Brookridge Heights Apartments, luxury apartments located on Hamilton Road in Bloomington, and is completing phase two of College Station Apartments in north Normal. Snyder Corporations is also developing ten other residential projects including Hershey Grove, Ireland Grove, Brookridge Estates, North Bridge, Heather Ridge, North Fields, Pheasant Ridge, Fox Creek, Fox Creek Village, and Heartland Hills.
